If you apply for a vacancy via our job website, you can use an online form for which we ask you to provide us the necessary information. You can also upload your cv and motivation.
WHAT PERSONAL DATA WILL BE PROCESSED BY US?
For the purpose of the application procedure at Basic-Fit, we can process the following data from you, depending on the job title and the phase of the application:

HOW DO WE SECURE YOUR DATA?
Basic-Fit takes appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against loss, destruction or damage, unauthorized access or any other form of unlawful processing of your personal data. We do this, among other things, by taking physical and organizational measures for access security, shielding every desktop with a username and password and authorization management so that your data can only be viewed by a specific and limited group of HR employees. This also includes keeping software up-to-date and regularly testing our security measures.
HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR DATA?
The data that we process for the purpose of the application procedure is kept by Basic-Fit for a period of at least 4 weeks and a maximum of 1 year after completion of the application procedure. In principle, the data will be deleted after 4 weeks, but for candidates of whom we expect there to be a suitable position later, we will keep the data for a maximum of 1 year. This is of course always in consultation with you. At any time, you can request us to delete your data earlier. If you accepted the job and will be employed by Basic-Fit, your data will become part of your employee file.
